Today was clear and bright. So my wife and I took a trip over to Jackson Bottom. Most of the waterfowl were out a bit further in than we wanted to walk, but the cackling flights of geese fleeing a circling hawk and the clean, pure light were a delight.
Nothing spectacular, but here’s a few of my photos.
And I’m very proud of my wife, Marilynn. She had knee surgery just two months ago, and we walked in excess of a mile with no problems. I think we’ve arrived at a place where we can enjoy outings like this together whenever we want.
